Effective date: 24 July 2026

01Who we are

Imperial Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us", "our") is an infrastructure and renewable energy company based at Danewala Chowk, Sacha Sauda Road, Malout 152107, Punjab, India. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect personal information when you visit https://imperialenterprises.in (the "Website") or communicate with us in connection with our land acquisition, solar energy and EPC services.

We are committed to handling personal information responsibly and in accordance with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000, together with the rules made under them.

02Information we collect

We collect information in two ways: information you provide to us directly, and limited technical information collected automatically when you use the Website.

  • Contact details you submit through our inquiry form — name, email address, phone number, company or organisation name, and the contents of your message.
  • Correspondence you send to us by email, phone or in person following an inquiry.
  • Technical data collected automatically — IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited and referring pages — used in aggregate to understand how the Website is used.
  • Any information you voluntarily provide in connection with a project discussion, such as project location, land requirements or timelines.

03How we use your information

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to any third party. We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.

  • To respond to your inquiries and provide the information or services you request.
  • To evaluate and progress project discussions you initiate with us.
  • To maintain records of business correspondence as required for legitimate business purposes.
  • To improve the Website, its content and the experience of using it.
  • To comply with legal, regulatory and contractual obligations.

04Legal basis for processing

We process personal information on the basis of your consent (which you give when you submit an inquiry), the performance of steps you request prior to entering a business relationship, our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Website, and compliance with legal obligations to which we are subject.

05Sharing and disclosure

We share personal information only in the limited circumstances below, and only to the extent necessary:

  • With service providers who help us operate the Website and our communications (such as hosting and email providers), under obligations of confidentiality.
  • With professional advisers — such as advocates and accountants — where relevant to a matter you have engaged us on.
  • Where disclosure is required by law, regulation, legal process or a competent government authority.
  • In connection with a business reorganisation, where the recipient assumes the obligations set out in this policy.

06Cookies and analytics

The Website uses only the cookies and local storage necessary for it to function — for example, remembering your light/dark theme preference. We do not currently run third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

The Contact page embeds a Google Map to show our office location. When the map loads, Google may collect technical data in accordance with its own privacy policy. You can review Google’s policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

07Data retention

We retain inquiry and correspondence records for as long as reasonably necessary to deal with your matter, maintain business records and comply with legal obligations. Information that is no longer required is deleted or anonymised.

08Data security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information we hold, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS), access controls and limiting access to personal information to those who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take the protection of your information seriously.

09Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:

  • Request access to the personal information we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Request erasure of your personal information where we no longer need it.
  • Withdraw consent to processing based on consent, at any time.
